Everything is lovely here, had a fine stay in the winter. The breakfast has more than adequate options with the coffee from the automat and too much pies and the best “ omelet ”. The room is a nice size and spotless with reasonably comfortable bed, also they can offer wake-up service.

The hotel is romantic and exceptionally clean, nestled in a renovated building with magnificent view over the sea and Etna. The property has a magnificent location, close to Corso Umberto. Beach restaurant is fabulous for evening meals.

Everything was perfect during 7 days, enjoyed its magnificent and stunning location not far from the local bus station, the Greek theatre, and the center where most restaurants are. The service was good, and the rooms were huge with an excellent breakfast. We had a wonderful view of the sea and Mount Etna and a good bed.

There are huge and new-fashioned rooms with marble-lined bathrooms.

Great relaxing venue, great location really close to the center and the town itself, enjoyed our stay. The room was huge, with smoke detectors and wonderful views over the sea. The pool was nice and the staff was attentive.

In general the service was good. The room was nicely furnished, huge with a marble-lined bathroom. The staff was very amiable, always with a smile on face.

Romantic, immaculately clean hotel, every detail here was beautiful. Nicely furnished and elegant rooms, absolutely superb views over the ocean. Genuinely helpful staff with knowledge of the place.

Spotless units with balcony. More than adequate and great breakfast at 6.45, and best stuff. Particularly good location near everything including the cable car down to the beach, great pool. Warm drinks at poolside bar, terrific service. Everything perfect.

Good service and the food is exceptional. The room is huge and good sized with a balcony, everything is perfect. The location is magnificent, at a medium distance from Corso Umberto.

hotel was impeccably clean and romantic with hard-working staff and beautiful location next door to the amphi theatre. the room was huge, new-fashioned with a view and the overall experience was good. location: the property was adjacent to public garden and the teatro greco, where il volo were performing, a concert which was absolutely amazing & well worth travelling from ireland to experience.

Spectacular view, convenient sheltered parking, well-maintained public areas. Junior suite with amazing view, walking distance to old city center, lovely pool. Super location, 5 minutes from center, helpful staff. Well-maintained pool, great view of Etna, park entrance.

Absolutely nothing.

It was difficult to get there by car, They had no internet, no credit card facilities, no powerpoints in the room, decor was old and gloomy.

Location impressive and internal decor whilst not everyones taste was baroque retro which I quite liked . Pool ambience and view good .

Lack of a bar at pool a wasted opportunity . Waiter service at pool sporadic and quite expensive plus food menu limited or on request not available . Staff quite friendly but an imposing old guy with sun glasses who stalked around created an 'atmosphere' and was as friendly as rabies in a guide dog home . Better if he wasn't there.
